State Theatre luxury project unveils first price list for 88 flats

Luxury residential project State Pavilia, part of the State Theatre redevelopment in North Point by New World Development (0017), has unveiled its first price list for 88 flats, with the cheapest marked at HK$6.06 million after discounts. The list includes a three-bedroom apartment, 62 two-bedroom flats, and 25 one-bedroom units. The average discounted price is HK$18,540 per square foot. About 82 units will be sold at discounted prices that fall below HK$10 million. Show flats will open to the public on Saturday, with registration starting the same day. Sales are expected to begin next week, NWD general manager of business and marketing for special projects Cannas Ho Ka-yan said.
