The official Weibo account for Xiaomi (1810) artificial intelligence glasses was created several years ago, according to Xiaomi general manager of the public relations department Wang Hua, implying a denial of rumors that Xiaomi will launch its AI glasses soon.

Last night, the existence of the Xiaomi Glasses account on the social medial platform Sina Weibo – a Xiaohongshu rival – sparked further speculation about the AI glasses.

Mainland media Cailianpress had earlier reported that Xiaomi's first AI glasses have received China’s network access approval.

The report noted that the glasses, initially set to launch between March and April, would be released alongside the Xiaomi 15 Ultra mobile phone and the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra electric vehicle this month.
