New Media Lab (1284) said that Alexander Yeung Ching-loong will be appointed as chairman of the board, executive director, chairman of the executive committee, and member of the remuneration committee starting from April 1, according to a filing.

Wong Chi-fai will retire from his roles as chairman of the board, executive director, chairman of the executive committee, and member of the remuneration committee.

The board believes that Yeung will make a significant contribution to the future development.
