Sino Land to launch five new projects this year

Sino Land (0083) plans to launch five new projects in the Year of the Snake, offering over 4,500 units in total.

One Central Place in Central, codeveloped with the Urban Renewal Authority, will be the first to hit the market.

It is expected to roll out as a completed project in this quarter, offering 121 units, said executive director Victor Tin Sio-un.

Other projects expected to launch this year include the Wing Kwong Street/Sung On Street project in To Kwa Wan with 458 units, the Yau Tong Ventilation Building Redevelopment project with 748 units, phase 13 of Lohas Park in Tseung Kwan O with 2,550 units and Grand Mayfair III in Yuen Long with 680 units, Tin said.
